Fletcher Living - The Hill

A landmark development in one of Auckland’s most established suburbs, The Hill is a masterplanned neighbourhood that brings together architecture, heritage and lifestyle. Working in collaboration with Frontroom Projects, we developed a series of films to introduce the project’s vision, design approach and location, told through the people shaping it.

From early planning through to production, we captured voices from across the team – architects, developers and placemakers – alongside cinematic visuals of the site and its surroundings. The result was a library of 42 video outputs, adapted for on-demand advertising, social media, in-showroom screens and more. A content-led campaign that builds trust with buyers and brings the masterplan to life.
